The Rights Of Children

( According to a Worldvision.org article reference on Children Rights )

Millions of children have no access to education, work long hours under hazardous conditions and are forced to serve as soldiers in armed conflict. They suffer targeted attacks on their schools and teachers or languish in institutions or detention centers, where they endure inhumane conditions and assaults on their dignity.

Young and immature, they are often easily exploited. In many cases, they are abused by the very individuals responsible for their care.

The UN’s child rights state that children are entitled to special protection and assistance because they are considered vulnerable. According to the CRC, all children should grow up in the spirit of peace, dignity, tolerance, freedom, equality and solidarity, and all nations have a responsibility to provide these rights by the law of the UN.

UNDERSTANDING CHILDREN RIGHTS!

Put simply, child rights are the human rights of children. Every child, regardless of their age, race, gender, wealth or birthplace, has rights.

These rights are enshrined in international law in the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC). It recognizes all children must be treated fairly, equally and with dignity. The child rights convention laws are non-discriminatory and are always in the best interests of the child.

A child is recognized and described by the United Nations (UN) children’s rights convention as every human being below the age of 18 years unless under the law applicable to the child, adulthood is attained earlier.

CHILDREN - THE EXTENDED EVOLUTION OF OUR WORLD

A child is always the visionary extension and future evolution of our societies and world. We all should be accountable and responsible to care for the precious and priceless lives of our lineage and life-gifts of tomorrow’s world.

It is valuable for all to know with concerned affection; that children are and will always be an heritage of God. Today’s sons are tomorrow’s fathers and today’s daughters are tomorrow’s mothers. It’s time to support and provide for the needs of all children that are restricted around the world.
